MS Dhoni Duped Of ₹15 Crores By Business Partner, Files Case In Ranchi Court

Former India skipper and cricketing legend Mahendra Singh Dhoni has to move to Court in order to file a criminal case against Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Vishwash of Aarka Sports and Management Limited in Ranchi. Mihir Diwakar allegedly agreed with MS Dhoni in the year 2017 to establish a cricket academy globally in Dhoni’s name.

However, Mihir Diwakar failed to fulfill the conditions which were outlined in the agreement. Aarka Sports was obligated to pay a franchise fee and share profits as per the agreement’s terms, which were not honored according to the complaint filed by MS Dhoni.

The terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement were disregarded after several attempts. Therefore, MS Dhoni revoked the authority letter granted to Aarka Sports on 15th August 2021 and issued several legal notices but to no response.

MS Dhoni is being represented by Dayanand Singh through Vidhi Associates. He has asserted that his client Mr. Mahendra Singh Dhoni was deceived and cheated by Aarka Sports which resulted in a loss exceeding Rs 15 crores. MS Dhoni’s best friend Simant Lohani, also popularly known as Chittu joined MS Dhoni in his legal battle. Allegedly he was threatened and abused by Mihir Diwakar after they took legal action against Aarka Sports against which he also filed a case against Diwakar.

MS Dhoni Celebrated New Year With Rishabh Pant In Dubai

MS Dhoni has recently returned to his home in Ranchi after spending the New Year with family and friends in Dubai. Dhoni was seen celebrating the New Year with his family and friends in Dubai. India‘s wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant also joined Dhoni during the trip. MS Dhoni also celebrated Christmas with his friends and family in Dubai.

Rishabh Pant went to Dubai for the IPL 2024 mini-auction, which was held at the Coca-Cola Arena in the UAE on December 19 for the first time. Rishabh Pant sat with the Delhi Capitals management during the Auctions and took part in the process for DC. He has been on the road to recovery after suffering multiple injuries in a horrendous car crash on New Year’s Eve last year.

Both the wicketkeeper-batters are expected to return to competitive cricket in the Indian Premier League which is most likely to be scheduled in the third week of March. MS Dhoni might be playing his last season in the IPL and can announce his retirement from competitive cricket after the conclusion of IPL 2024.

MS Dhoni underwent knee surgery at the Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai in June 2023. His recuperation was a keen-followed topic. He was resting after the surgery before making a public appearance trying out vintage cars and interacting with the fans.
