Anushka Sharma Celebrates Best Birthday With The 'Bestest, Kindest, And Bravest' Virat Kohli

It was Anushka Sharma’s first birthday with Virat Kohli after getting married and the Bollywood actress could not have asked for a better gift from her husband. Anushka turned 30 on Tuesday (May 1) and Kohli made her day special by guiding Royal Challengers Bangalore to a much-needed win over Mumbai Indians in front of his cheering wife.
Earlier in the morning, Kohli had posted a heartwarming message for his wife to wish her on her special day.

It was now down to Kohli to make Anushka’s day better and he went on to do it with utmost aplomb. In front of a jam-packed home ground including his wife, he led the Royal Challengers to an important win. The win lifted the three-time IPL finalists to the fifth position in the points table. It was their third win in 8 games and kept them in contention for a playoff berth.
Put in to bat first, the Royal Challengers posted 167 for 7 in the allotted 20 overs. Promoted as an opener, Manan Vohra top-scored for the hosts with 45. Brendon McCullum (36) and Kohli (32) also made useful contributions. In reply, Mumbai’s chase was pretty much derailed after they lost 3 wickets for just 21 runs. Hardik Pandya then scored a fifty to keep them in contention but could not fire them to a much-needed win. The reigning champions were eventually restricted to 153 for 7.
And soon after the win, Anushka took to Instagram to post a brilliant message for Kohli, calling him the ‘bestest, kindest and bravest man’.
