The rain had played a spoilsport in the second T20I between Australia and India. Thus, the fans were left disappointed who had come to catch the action as they could witness only 19 overs. However, India’s flamboyant batsman KL Rahul interacted with the fans after the match was abandoned.

India had put their noses in front as they had restricted the host to a modest total of 132-7. Therefore, the tourists would have fancied their chances to chase down the recalibrated target. Although, it wasn’t to be the case as rain quashed India’s chances of the series win.

Rahul scored 13 runs in the first T20I in which India lost by the skin of their teeth after he was backed at the number three and he didn’t get a chance to bat in the second. It was a close encounter but India could not apply the finishing touches.

KL Rahul had scored a fine hundred in the first T20I against England and would like to come up with similar kind of performance in the final T20I against Australia. Meanwhile, Rahul could not grab his opportunities in the ODI format.

Furthermore, the flamboyant batsman was troubled by the incoming delivery on the England tour. However, he had scored a blistering century in the fifth and the final Test match against England at Oval.

Rahul had an ordinary Test series against the Windies and would like to turn the tide against Australia. The right-hander has a Test century on Australian soil which he had scored in his second Test match. Thus, Rahul will like to come up a good performance on tour Down Under.
