ICC Once Again Rates Ben Stokes Over Sachin Tendulkar, Twitter Isn't Impressed

Recently, the official Twitter account of the International Cricket Council (ICC) ended up rubbing the Indian fans the wrong way after it called England’s Ben Stokes the greatest cricketer while posting a picture of him with Sachin Tendulkar. The post was meant to be a cheeky one, however, it ended up displeasing the fans.

Ben Stokes’ sheer brilliance with the willow has certainly earned him a place in the history of England Cricket as one of the greatest all-rounders of the country. Stokes was named player-of-the-match for his World Cup final heroics as he smashed an unbeaten 84 to steer England’s chase of 242 against the Black Caps.

However, after all the ruckus, once again, the ICC has tweeted the same picture following the stunning knock against Australia in the Third Ashes Test. They came up with a cheeky comment saying that they have already mentioned that Ben Stokes is the greatest player of all-time.
