India-Australia fight out in the clash of the titans
Meanwhile, Australia and India have met each other quite a few times this year. While India defeated Australia overseas, Aaron Finch & Co returned the favour in India. The Aussies were 0-2 down at the start of the series before winning three consecutive games to win it 3-2. Since then, they have looked confident and have played some good cricket. Besides, the addition of Steven Smith and David Warner have also strengthened their squad. However, they struggled against the Windies quicks as assistant coach Ricky Ponting said it was a wake-up call and the team will recover from that soon.

On the other hand, India’s batting also looked patchy during their small chase against South Africa. It was Rohit Sharma’s unbeaten century which sealed the clash for them. Meanwhile, the top-order will have to come good against a better bowling attack which has the likes of Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins.
Date and Venue: June 9 (Sunday), 3:00 PM IST, Kennington Oval, London
Weather Forecast
The temperature will be hovering around 15-18 degrees Celsius with significant cloud covers. The temperature will make it comfortable for both the sides as this is the best weather to play a game of cricket.
Meanwhile, the London weather looked gloomy leading to this all-important clash between India and Australia. Grey skies, rain and thunderstorms have dominated with the Men in Blues cancelling their Friday’s scheduled training session. However, Sunday’s weather looks a lot brighter for the players and the fans. Although the sky will be overcast, there is only a chance of passing shower through the afternoon. Meanwhile, there are no reserve days for league matches as the clash between Pakistan, and Sri Lanka had to call off due to heavy shower.
