India vs Australia 2019: Visitors Train Hard Before T20I Series - See Pictures

Australia limited overs side led by Aaron Finch have put their feet in India for the upcoming two-match T20I and five-match ODI series. The visitors have begun their practice for the forthcoming series. Australia will need to be on their toes to get the better of India, in the latter’s home conditions.

India had recently toured Australia where they had dominated the hosts in every series. The T20I series was tied 1-1 whereas India went on to win their maiden Test series on the Australian soil. Furthermore, they also clinched the ODI series by 2-1.

Australia will need to be on their toes.

Meanwhile, Australian players were sweating it out in the nets. Glenn Maxwell who is well known for his pyrotechnics went berserk against the bowlers. On the other hand, other players were warming up through a rugby session.

Aaron Finch had recently said that his team will need to bring their best if they are to challenge the Indian juggernauts.

“I don’t think you need anything to put a pep in your step when you’re going on an Aussie tour, particularly to India,” Australian captain Aaron Finch reporters.

“If you’re slightly off the mark you’re going to get hurt.

“They’re the best side in one-day cricket in their own conditions, I think. So you’ve got to go there full of confidence and have a real clear game plan,” he further added.

Meanwhile, the first T20I will take place at Vishakhapatnam on 24th February with the second to be played on 27th February. The first ODI will take place in Hyderabad on 2nd March.
