India vs Bangladesh 2019: 2nd Test, Eden Gardens – India’s Predicted Playing XI; After a scintillating show at Indore, the Indian National Cricket Team will be looking to enter 2nd Test match with a renewed energy. For the first time, they will be out there in the middle to play with Pink Ball. All the players including the skipper Virat Kohli are pretty excited to show their expertise at Eden Gardens facing Bangladesh.

Coming to the combination of the team, most probably, the Indian team would stick to most of the players, who are having a great run. If there could be any changes, it would mostly be because of the change in ball. So here is a look at India’s Predicted Playing XI for Pink Ball Test at Kolkata.

The flamboyant batsman is having a great run of form at present for the Indian team. Once again, he would like to make things fall in place at Eden Gardens. Mayank Agarwal is already having stunning numbers to his name and would like to better them at Eden Gardens.

2. Rohit Sharma:

The right-handed batsman was expected to score big against Bangladesh in the first Test, unfortunately, he couldn’t do so. However, Rohit Sharma would be looking to make up for it in Kolkata. Besides that, the Mumbai batsman has always enjoyed a great run at Eden Gardens.

3. Cheteshwar Pujara:

It has been a long time watching Cheteshwar Pujara score a century for India. Though he got a couple of fifty-plus scores to his name, the flamboyant batsman is yet to register a century in the home series. However, the cricketing fanatics are aware of his calibre in this format of the game.

4. Virat Kohli:

Surprisingly, Virat Kohli isn’t having a great run of scores in the recent past, especially, in Test format of the game. The flamboyant batsman registered duck in the previous game and would like to make up for in the final Test of the series.

5. Ajinkya Rahane:

The vice-captain of India Ajinkya Rahane had pretty tough time on the field in the first Test dropping catches at slip cordon more often than not. However, he was brilliant with the bat in the only innings played by India at Indore.

6. Ravindra Jadeja:

As always, Jadeja once again came good for India at Indore. Though he hasn’t got much to do in the bowling department, the flamboyant cricketer has done his bit with the bat. He would be looking forward to playing the Pink Ball Test.

7. Wriddhiman Saha:

He is one of the few players for India to have an experience in playing Pink Ball match. Even though Wriddhiman Saha was not part of pink-ball Duleep Trophy matches, the wicketkeeper-batsman took part in the historic CAB Super League final.

8. Kuldeep Yadav:

The young Chinaman bowler would be the change that India would bring to their previous lineup. Kuldeep Yadav was brilliant in the 2016 Duleep Trophy, picking up 11 wickets in the only Pink Ball match he played. Unfortunately, Ravichandra Ashwin should make a way.

9. Mohammed Shami:

Shami had a sensational game when he featured in the Pink Ball game during CAB Super League final. Shami was at the top of his game in the pink-ball match and was nearly unplayable under lights. He took a 5-wicket haul and was declared the Man of the Match of the CAB Super League final.

The lanky fast bowler also got the experience to bowl with the pink ball under lights. He succeeded to play only one game in Duleep Trophy 2017 and managed to pick up a wicket. Off late, he added swing to his armour, which is doing wonders for him.

11. Umesh Yadav:

The Well-built Umesh Yadav has been brilliant for the team. His pace coupled with swing is yielding results for India. Besides that, he is entertaining fans with his blistering striking down the batting order.
