Jimmy Neesham Comes Up With Hilarious Reaction For KL Rahul's Stunning Form With Bat

There is absolutely no stopping KL Rahul at the moment. The India star has hit a purple patch with the bat and he is making the most of it. On Tuesday, he played yet another impressive knock, scoring a century in the third ODI against New Zealand although it went in vain.

India were in a spot of bother after being reduced to 62 for 3. But before New Zealand could make further inroads in the match, KL Rahul once again steadied the ship and found good support from Shreyas Iyer. The two added exactly 100 runs before Iyer was dismissed for 62.

But unlike Iyer, Rahul went on to complete his century and was out for 112 off 113 balls. And as KL Rahul’s form just keeps getting better and better, New Zealand allrounder Jimmy Neesham had a hilarious reaction to it. Soon after the third ODI at the Bay Oval came to an end, Jimmy Neesham took to Twitter to hilariously advice KL Rahul to save some runs for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL).

Both Neesham and KL Rahul will play for Kings XI Punjab in the upcoming season. Meanwhile, New Zealand beat India by five wickets to inflict a humiliating whitewash on the Men in Blue. New Zealand have now won four ODIs in a row against India.

Asked to bat first, India ended their innings on a challenging total of 296 for 7 with Rahul’s century leading the way. In reply, New Zealand chased down the total inside 48 overs thanks to fifties from Martin Guptill, Henry Nicholls and Colin de Grandhomme. Both the teams will now lock horns in a two-match Test series, starting from February 21.
