Yes, it is the head coach of Team India Ravi Shastri who wished his favourite lad in the Indian team a wonderful birthday. He asked Virat Kohli to enjoy the break from cricket and continue the rest of the season like a superstar.

Ravi Shastri and Virat Kohli share a nice rapport between them. The duo played an instrumental role in leading Indian Cricket team to success across the formats. They have always been in the headlines for a mutual respect between them.

With Virat Kohli, Ravi Shastri asked him to have a brilliant season ahead. Further, he asked the Indian National Cricket Team skipper to enjoy his time away from the game.

Ravi Shastri, India head coach, took to Twitter to share a picture with Kohli wishing the India captain. “Happy birthday young man. Enjoy the break and have a kick-ass year ahead. God bless. @imVkohli,” Shastri captioned the image on his post.

On the work front, Virat Kohli is not part of Indias T20I squad for the three-match rubber against Bangladesh and is currently enjoying a vacation with wife Anushka Sharma in Bhutan.

Virat Kohli is undoubtedly at the peak of his career and his popularity is on the rise with every passing day as it was evident from the results of a recent study conducted on cricket which revealed Indian cricketers as the top three most researched players globally with the Indian skipper leading the charts.

Kohli will return to the cricket field when India host Bangladesh for a two-match Test series, starting November 14. The first Test will be played in Indore while Kolkata will host the second match which will be India’s first-ever day-night Test.
