Shahid Afridi picks his favourite batsman to bowl

Cricket has always been an entertaining sport and there are few cricketers who always played the game in such manner. The likes of Afridi and AB de Villiers also belong to those few cricketers who can keep the fans on edge of their seats.

Sadly, we haven’t come across many instances when Shahid Afridi and AB de Villiers locked horns with each other. However, Shahid Afridi reveals that he would like to bowl AB de Villiers.

Afridi in his latest question and answer session with the fans on Twitter revealed few interesting things to his fabs. Earlier, he revealed the cricketer who gave him the Boom Boom title and then answered his favourite batsman to bowl at.

One of the Afridi fans asked him to pick his favourite batsman to bowl in the 4 option which he gave mentioning De Villiers, Kumar Sangakkara, Tillakaratne Dilshan and Virender Sehwag. Replying to the query, he answered “AB de Villiers”

The fan tweet read “Favourite batsman to bowl at? AB de Villiers, Kumar Sangakkara, Tilkaratne Dilshan and Virender Sehwag”. To which Shahid Afridi replied “AB de Villiers.

Shahid Afridi went on to pass the time by answering various questions to his fans. Currently, both the individuals, Afridi and AB de are off from the game of cricket.

Wasim Akram and Glenn McGrath are Afridi’s favorite bowlers:

In the very same session, he was asked to answer the best bowlers according to him in the cricketing world. The former skipper of Pakistan was quick in answering Glenn McGrath and Wasim Akram” names to the query.

The fan question read “Lala, any bowler whom you like the most?”. Shahid Afridi replied “Wasim Akram and Glenn McGrath.”

All in all, Shahid Afridi revealed interesting aspects to his fans. Currently, he is off from the cricket with a knee injury which ruled him out from ongoing CPL 2018.
