Shoaib Malik Narrates Saeed Ajmal's Version after the Funny Drop Catch

Off all, the drop catch that took place in the presence of Shoaib Malik and Saeed Ajmal has always been the hilarious incident on the cricket field. In the latest interview, the classy all-rounder reveals the story to Zainab Abbas, the notable reporter.

Shoaib Malik attended a show named Voice of Cricket, where he revealed a lot of exciting incidents. He also disclosed the chat between Indian players with him after the conclusion of ICC Champions Trophy 2017 in England.

During the course of the interview, Malik quoted it was the same incident which the players from India asked him about. He added the Indian skipper Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh were curious to know the words from Saeed Ajmal.

Malik went on to say it was quite funny as well as a big mistake, as it was the catch of Chris Gayle, who can take away the game. All in all, the entire interview was fun-filled with Shoaib Malik hilariously answered them.

”After the final match in ICC Champions Trophy 2018, in the presentation ceremony, me, Azhar Bhai, Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh and other two cricketers were in laughs because of the drop catch incident. Virat Kohli asked me to reveal the words of Saeed Ajmal after the drop catch,” Shoaib Malik said.

”We already missed the catch and it was Chris Gayle, who can take the game away. Then I asked him you got into the position by keeping your hands together but why you were out from the way? He said to me that he is giving me a back-up in case if I drop the catch. Then, I asked him, Okay, I left the ball, why don’t you catch it,” he added.

However, incidents like these will never fade from the brain of cricket fanatics. All in all, it was quite a fun interview, which entertained the fans to the core.
