Sanju Samson

Sanju Samson is the first player on this list. Sanju Samson is a wicketkeeper batsman. Although he is a regular part of the Indian Premier League, he has not managed to get a permanent place in the national team. His wicketkeeping skills have also bothered selectors for picking him as a wicketkeeper.

He is mostly overlooked for many series as wicketkeepers like Rishabh Pant and Ishan Kishan grab a spot in the national side. Hence, due to the scarcity of opportunities in the national side, Sanju Samson might choose to retire from T20Is after the series.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar is another player on this list. The right-arm pacer is a regular member of the team in ODIs and T20Is currently. However, his form in some previous series has bothered many selectors.

Moreover, many other pacers like Harshal Patel, Deepak Chahar, Shardul Thakur, and Avesh Khan among others are impressing selectors for a place in the national team. Kumar might find it hard to get a call in the national side in the future.
