Liam Livingstone made his Test debut in the first Test match of the series in Rawalpindi. He didn’t take part in the match after Day 2 when he picked up a knee injury on the boundary line and he has been ruled out of the entire series.

Meanwhile, express pacer Mark Wood replacing Livingstone in the XI is the only change from the side that won the first Test, which means there is no place for Ben Foakes, who missed the first game due to illness.
