Off late, the game of cricket has been delivering some intriguing stuff for the people to make fun of. The social media users, who would be waiting eagerly to get some fodder for their memes has got Dinesh Karthik’s beanie as a perfect material to make their day. As usual, the memes are quite funny which would tickle your funnier bones.

During the course of the first innings at MCG, Dinesh Karthik appeared with a beanie on his head. As soon as Dinesh Karthik wore that, he was instantly called for the job, as Marcus Stonis knocked straight into his hands at sweeper cover.

Initially, it was India, who won the toss and once again asked Australians to bat first. Unlike Brisbane, Australians got a poor start, as Aaron Finch went for a golden duck while Chris Lynn walked back with a cheap score.

This time, Indians were pretty sharp in their bowling line and lengths and never given enough chance for Australians to explode. None of the Australian batsmen looked like tackling Indian bowlers with comfort.

It would have been even worse if not the run-a-ball knock by Ben McDermott and the breezy knocks by Nathan Coulter-Nile and Andrew Tye. Khaleel Ahmed and Bhuvneshwar Kumar bagged a couple of wickets each while rest of them picked one apiece.

All the top-class effort by Indian bowlers went in vain as rain god has the final say for the match. It not dented India’s chances to win today but also ruled them out from winning the series, as only one game left.
