South Africa women’s team cricketer Lizelle Lee will have to put her marriage on hold indefinitely due to the widespread of the fatal virus.

Lee was supposed to get married on April 10. But with South Africa under a 21-day lockdown period it seems unlikely. April 10th will mark the 15th day of the lockdown in the country and thus she will have to wait a bit longer.

Lee has shared many partnerships with her teammates for the national team. But this one is quite special. She has been with her fiance Tanja Cronje for four and a half years. Her Instagram profile is filled with their pictures accompanied by their dog.

The 28-year-old wicketkeeper is currently at her parent’s place in the farming town of Ermelo, located in the Mpumalanga province. She has been completing a 2000-piece puzzle to keep herself busy, according to a report in India Today.
