Amid all the congratulatory messages that poured in for the newlyweds Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, perhaps the most interesting one, at least for the fans, came from England women cricketer Danielle Wyatt.
Wyatt’s admiration for Kohli is well known in the cricketing circle, as she has lauded the India skipper on social media on several occasions. It all began when Wyatt took to Twitter to give Kohli a marriage proposal in 2014 after the right-handed batsman’s exploits in the ICC World Twenty20.
Kholi marry me!!!

Earlier this year, she had once again posted a tweet related to Kohli which grabbed the headlines and was all over social media. Wyatt had revealed the bat gifted to her by Kohli.

Well, the allrounder once again took to Twitter to congratulate the India skipper but this time for his wedding with Anushka Sharma.
“Congratulations @imVkohli & @AnushkaSharma☺️?” she wrote.

We are truly blessed to share the news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans & well-wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey,” both wrote on their respective Twitter handles.
