Deepak Chahar Set To Marry Fiancé Jaya On June 1; Invitation Card Surfaces Online

India and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) pacer Deepak Chahar will be marrying his fiancé Jaya Bhardwaj on June 1 and the invitation card has been shared on social media. Chahar is currently out of the action after suffering a bout of injuries.
Chahar had proposed Jaya during the second half of the IPL 2021 which was played in UAE after the last league match of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and the season was when CSK went on to win their fourth Indian Premier League (IPL) title.
In the 2021 season, Chahar finished as the second-highest wicket-taker for CSK as he dismissed 14 opposition batters in 15 matches. He was, however, not retained by the franchise but they managed to rope him in by spending Rs 14 crores in the IPL 2022 mega auction.

Meanwhile, Chahar got injured while playing in T20Is against West Indies at home at the Eden Gardens and went to the National Cricket Academy (NCA) for rehab. He was also ruled out of the first half of the IPL 2022 season for Chennai Super Kings, affecting them badly as they lost 6 of their first 8 matches of the season under the captaincy of Ravindra Jadeja.
However, he was reported to return to the CSK fold for the second half of the tournament. However, it was then revealed that while he had recovered from his previous injury, Chahar had suffered a back injury during his rehabilitation and will miss cricketing action for the next few months, putting him out of IPL 2022 and doubtful for the T20 World cup 2022 in Australia later this year.
Utilizing this off time, Chahar decided to marry his fiancé Jaya Bhardwaj on 1st June 2022. With the wedding bells soon to sound, the preparation for the wedding is on. With the wedding, less than a fortnight away, the invitation card of the couple’s wedding has been doing rounds all over social media.
