Die-Hard Fan Makes Virat Kohli's Portrait With Mobile Phones And Wires

Ahead of the first T20I of the three-match series against Sri Lanka, a fan gifted India skipper Virat Kohli his portrait made using old mobile phones. A fan, named Rahul Parek, made it using mobile phones and wires and it took Virat Kohli by surprise.

Rahul later revealed that it took him three days and three nights to make the portrait. Kohli saw the picture and even signed it after meeting the fan in the team hotel. The video of the whole episode was filmed and posted by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on its social media pages.

Virat Kohli on the portrait wrote: “Dear Rahul, this is an outstanding creation!! Well done. Best wishes” and gave his autograph.

On the work front, Virat Kohli is busy in leading the Indian Team for the series against Sri Lanka in 3-match T20I series. The Virat Kohli-led side will enter the first T20I as the favourites to win the game. They also got better stats against Sri Lanka, especially playing in home conditions.

The Team looks strong on the paper and will look to start the new season on a positive note. The first Test will also see the return of Shikhar Dhawan and Jasprit Bumrah back to the team, who will have a point to prove. Compared to Bumrah, Shikhar Dhawan has got a lot of pressure on his shoulders to perform, especially, after KL Rahul’s dream run with the bat.

The match will start at 7:00 PM on January 5th at the Baraspara Stadium, Guwahati. Both the teams would like to get the better of the other on a friendly batting surface.
