India allrounder Hardik Pandya, on Sunday, dropped a huge surprise for his fans with his latest post on his social media accounts. The star cricketer announced that he and his partner Natasa Stankovic are all set to welcome their first child. He also posted a picture which makes it pretty clear that the couple have tied the knot already.

The photo shows the two of them wearing varmala as they perform a ceremony. Earlier this year, Hardik Pandya had announced his engagement with the Serbian actress on the occasion of New Year. And just like his engagement, he managed to keep the latest news a secret too until the last moment. Hardik Pandya took to Instagram to reveal the big news, writing:

“Natasa and I have had a great journey together and it is just about to get better ? Together we are excited to welcome a new life into our lives very soon. We’re thrilled for this new phase of our life and seek your blessings and wishes ?.”

Meanwhile, the allrounder has not played for India since September last year. The 26-year old underwent a successful surgery in October to treat an acute lower-back injury. The back injury was bothering him since the 2018 Asia Cup. In December, he was named in the India A squad for the one-day games in New Zealand.

However, he was later pulled out of the team as he was not match ready. He finally returned to action in DY Patil T20 Tournament in March. He had impressed straightaway by scoring two whirlwind centuries in addition to picking up a five-wicket haul in the tournament.

Later, Hardik Pandya was named in India’s ODI squad for the South Africa series too before the series was called off in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.
