Fans on Twitter reacted after Punjab Kings (PBKS) batter Jonny Bairstow slammed a blistering century against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the ongoing game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. The 42nd game of the tournament between the teams is taking place at Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

England batter Jonny Bairstow has made a statement in the ongoing IPL 2024 game against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Eden Gardens. Due to the poor run of form, the batter was dropped from the team and was trusted to play in the ongoing game against Shreyas Iyer-led side.

This was Jonny Bairstow's second ton in the IPL, having slammed one earlier while playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad. His magnificent innings in the ongoing game have made sure that the Punjab Kings keep the run rate in check while chasing the mammoth target.
