India’s interim captain Rohit Sharma is impressed with lightning-quick Oshane Thomas. The lanky fast bowler is generating great speed and gets the ball to move both ways. Thomas needs to work on his line and length and he could be a deadly bowler. In fact, there are no better sights in the cricket world than to see a fast bowler steaming in.

Thomas was again breathing down the neck of the Indian batsman in the first T20I. The fast bowler who can yield the pace in excess of 145 km/h scalped two early wickets to cause jitters in India’s run-chase. Oshane Thomas was first able to take out the big fish, Rohit Sharma. Thomas got the ball to jag back in to take a faint edge of India’s captain to wicketkeeper Denesh Ramdin.

Furthermore, the potent pacer was able to set up Shikhar Dhawan with guile. Thomas bowled a good short ball to the Indian southpaw opener.
