Updated - 28 Apr 2018, 02:03 PM
Chennai Super Kings will host reigning champions Mumbai Indians at their adopted home ground of Pune in the 27th match of IPL 2018.
MS Dhoni-led team is riding high on confidence having won five matches out of six.
The Men in Yellow who are at the top of the points table will take on the bottom-most team, which is surprisingly their arch-rivals, Mumbai Indians. The Chennai franchise was the most consistent side in the first eight seasons of the IPL, and they have continued their domination.
It is almost like a must-win contest for the defending champions who have managed a solitary win if the season. Consequently, Rohit Sharma-led side is at the bottom of the points table.
Here is a look at the Predicted Playing XI of the Chennai Super Kings
Shane Watson
Shane Watson is in fine form at the moment. The former Australian all-rounder has provided a good platform to his team while opening the batting.
Ambati Rayudu
Ambati Rayudu is currently the proud owner of the orange cap. The right-handed opener played a fine knock of 82 in the last match against Bangalore.
Suresh Raina
Suresh Raina has found his form in a couple of the matches. However, the southpaw will like to contribute more than what he is doing.

Dwayne Bravo
Chennai will look to continue their impetus.
Dwayne Bravo has always been excellent with the ball. However, his performance with the bat has been equally impressive in this season.
Ravindra Jadeja
Ravindra Jadeja hasn’t ben able to impress in the limited opportunities he has received. The all-rounder will like to contribute more to the success of the team.
Harbhajan Singh
Harbhajan Singh bowled only two overs in the last match. The veteran spinner will like to make the most of his experience in the coming games.
