Windies to Host Bangladesh Tests in Antigua And Jamaica

Cricket West Indies (CWI) announced on Tuesday (May 15) that Antigua and Jamaica will host the two Tests when Windies square off against Bangladesh.

Bangladesh will be playing a Test in Antigua for the first time while the game in Jamaica will be their first Test there in 14 years. The visitors will play the first Test in Antigua from July 4.

Moreover. the second and final Test will start from July 12 in Jamaica.

Meanwhile, both the teams met last in 2014 when Windies won the series by 2-0. However, they will be coming from a series loss to New Zealand earlier this year.

The Tigers also will be coming from the back of a defeat and will be desperate to give a fresh start in the red-ball cricket.

A three-match One-day Internationals will follow the Test series. Antigua will host the first two ODIs while St. Kitts will host the last one.

St. Kitts will host the first T20I before the action moves to Lauderhill in Florida for the next two fixtures.

Moreover, this is the fourth time they will step on shores of the Caribbean.

12 to 16 – Second Test, Jamaica

July 22 – First ODI, Guyana

July 25 – Second ODI, Guyana
July 28 – Third ODI, St. Kitts

July 31 – First T20I, St. Kitts
August 4 – Second T20I, Florida
