Young Sensation Prithvi Shaw Meets his Idol Sachin Tendulkar

India’s young sensation Prithvi Shaw meet with his idol and former legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar. Shaw has had a fine start to his career and he is currently playing for the India A side in the Deodhar Trophy. The prodigy batsman wrote a fine first chapter in his International book. Shaw scored a great knock of 134 off just 154 balls on his Test debut and also received the Man of the Match award.

He had also scored a hundred on his debut in Ranji and Duleep Trophy. In fact, the young batsman was able to continue with his good form in the second match as he scored another free-flowing knock of 70.

Shaw has shown the promise to be the next Sachin.

He was able to take India over the line with an unbeaten 33. Thus, he was able to score 237 runs in the two-match Test series and was awarded the Man of the series.

Therefore, Prithvi Shaw had a majestic start to his International Test career. On the other hand, the former players have started to draw comparisons between Sachin Tendulkar and Prithvi Shaw. Sachin also had a similar talent when he came at the big stage. Consequently, Shaw has also shown the same kind of promise at a tender age.

Meanwhile, Sachin Tendulkar had predicted earlier that Prithvi Shaw will definitely make his debut for India when Shaw was making all the right noises at the Junior level. Hence, the Master Blaster was able to predict it right as he was able to spot the talent in young Shaw.

Shaw has made a strong case for himself to make the cut for the tour of Australia. The young batsman played with great confidence and took the attack to the opposition as he played his natural game.
