Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal just cannot stop entertaining his fans on social media. The star cricketer, who is fast making a name for his self deprecating humour, has once again grabbed the highlights over a hilarious banter with his own IPL franchise, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

The 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 was scheduled to start from March 29 initially but with the deadly coronavirus outbreak, it has now been postponed to April 15. As things stand, there is absolutely little clarity over when will the league start.

With the cricketing world coming to an unprecedented halt in the wake of the deadly pandemic, cricketers are finding different options to keep themselves busy. And Yuzvendra Chahal has perhaps decided to spend time on social media. The leg-spinner once again entertained fans with his funny reply on RCB’s latest post.

Chahal was at his usual best once again on Saturday (March 21). It all happened when his IPL franchise, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) shared a picture of his, with his back to the camera, and captioned it: “We don’t mean to check-mate you Challengers!” with a winking smiley.

While the answer was pretty simple, RCB’s official Instagram handle made it a bit quirky with their post. Chahal then spiced things up by writing: “This guy scored 10000 runs @royalchallengersbangalore Main batter in RCB.”
