PBKS vs LSG Dream11 Prediction

The Mumbai Indians suffered another loss-their 8th of the season as their batting failed to click in their last game against the Lucknow Super Giants. The Rajasthan Royals on the other hand did well to register their sixth win of the season against the Royal Challengers Bangalore.

RR opener Jos Buttler has made 499 runs in eight games with three hundred to his name and makes this batting lineup strong. Rajasthan Royals have won six out of the eight games they have played and the side looks in great form. MI has lost all the eight games the side has played, and their top order hasn’t set up a good stand in the tournament.

Sanju Samson’s side defended a small total of 144 runs successfully in the last game against the Royal Challengers Bangalore to register a 29-run win. With six wins in eight games the side is nearly through to the next round. They had defeated the Mumbai Indians earlier in the season by a big margin and Sanju Samson would like to capitalize on that. Their opponents have struggled and the Rajasthan skipper would want to exploit this opportunity here.

Ishan Kishan has failed, and the side might have to rethink its opening pair with Rohit Sharma likely to open with Tilak Varma. The middle-order has done well, and the side would expect runs from Suryakumar Yadav, Dewald Brevis, and Aryan Juyal in this game. Kieron Pollard and Daniel Sams must come up with their contributions in this game as Mumbai’s top order hasn’t provided the starts the side would have liked to see.

On the bowling front, we have seen some improvements and the side would like to see tight spells from Daniel Sams and Hrithik Shokeen in this game. Jasprit Bumrah has shown signs of improvement in the last couple of games, and he must lead from the front being the best bowler on the side. Kieron Pollard is doing well, and the skipper needs to bowl him more. Jaydev Unadkat and Riley Meredith must play well in the supporting act.

Jos Buttler is having a dream IPL 2022 season and the side would look to ride on his success. Jos Buttler shall be expected to set up a good opening wicket stand with Devdutt Padikkal. In the middle order, the side has good strength with Ravichandran Ashwin, Sanju Samson, and Darryl Mitchell playing well. Shimron Hetmyer and Riyan Parag are known for their hitting abilities and they shall aim to do well in this game.

Pacers Trent Boult and Prasidh Krishna found form as a pair in the last game and they shall have to grab early wickets in this game. Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal are experienced bowlers and the side would expect a good show from them here. Darryl Mitchell, Kuldeep Sen, and Riyan Parag add to the side’s bowling options and this bowling depth has been one of the reasons for their success.

Riyan Parag and Kuldeep Sen produced stellar performances with the bat and ball respectively to help Rajasthan Royals secure two points against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Riyan Parag scored a fighting half-century to help Rajasthan Royals score 144/8 in 20 overs. While RCB failed to chase the target at a tricky surface and were bundled out for just 115. Kuldeep Sen claimed four wickets for Rajasthan.

Changes aplenty are expected for Mumbai Indians. Jaydev Unadkat is expected to sit out. He might get replaced by Arjun Tendulkar who has been teased on MI’s social media for not getting a match so far. Also, one can see Dewald Brevis and Kieron Pollard getting dropped for Tim David & Fabian Allen.
