GG vs JK- Preview, Lanka Premier League 2021 Final. Galle Gladiators and Jaffna Kings are set to lock horns in the final of Lanka Premier League 2021. The GG vs JK final will take place on December 23 at Mahinda Rajapaksa International Stadium, Hambantota.

In response, Dambulla Giants could only reach 187-9 in 20 overs. The top-order batsmen got out cheaply. In the end, Chamika Karunaratne slammed unbeaten 75 runs but was not able to bag a victory for the team. Jaffna Kings won the match by 23 runs and reached the final of Lanka Premier League 2021.

Talking about Galle Gladiators, they defeated Jaffna Kings by 64 runs in Qualifier 1 game to seal a berth in the final of Lanka Premier League 2021. In the match, Galle Gladiators batted first and slammed 188-5 on the scoreboard. Kusal Mendis scored 85 runs while Danushka Gunathilaka scored 55.

Later, Jaffna Kings could only reach 124 and were bowled out. Rahmanullah Gurbaz scored 59 while Wanindu Hasaranga slammed 29. The rest of the batsmen got out for single-digits. Winning the match by 64 runs, Galle Gladiators reached the final of Lanka Premier League 2021.
