MS Dhoni had a heartwarming reaction to Ravindra Jadeja's batting heroics in the ongoing game between Chennai Super Kings and Lucknow Super Giants in Lucknow.

Asked to bat first, the reigning champions were off to a poor start as Mohsin Khan dismissed Rachin Ravindra for a golden duck in the first over. Captain Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ajinkya Rahane added 29 runs for the second wicket before the former was dismissed by Yash Thakur for 13 runs.

With the team reeling at 33 for 2, the CSK team management promoted Ravindra Jadeja and the allrounder totally justified the decision by scoring his first fifty of the ongoing season. He reached his fifty off 34 balls in the 17th over. The India star completed his fifty by hitting Mohsin for a six.

As soon as he completed the fifty, he brought out his trademark sword celebration. The cameras soon turned towards the CSK dressing room where MS Dhoni was seen clapping and applauding his teammate's fighting effort.
