"MS Dhoni Has Committed Criminal Conspiracy.."- Aarka Sports' Mihir Diwakar

Former Indian Captain MS Dhoni, the mastermind behind India’s 2007 T20 WC, 2011 CWC, and 2013 Champions Trophy triumph is all over the news after he filed a case against a sports company named Aarka Sports for a fraud worth INR 15 Crores with the Chief of the company hitting out at Dhoni for putting false allegations against him.

MS Dhoni’s legal attorney has sent a notice to Aarka Sports head Mihir Diwakar for major financial cheating of 15 Crore as they reportedly had disagreements related to a deal that would have seen them work in a joint venture to open cricket academies all around the world.

However, their joint venture never materialized and the plan remained limited to paper plans only. News broke out yesterday that MS Dhoni has filed a legal complaint as a response to it and is all set to take the matter to court with Mihir Diwakar claiming that it is the CSK captain who has done all the wrongdoings.

Diwakar made claims of MS Dhoni collecting money himself from various academies and has never given it to Aarka Sports as it was agreed in their deal. Diwakar said that Dhoni and his legal attorney’s allegations are baseless and they have done so to defame his name and reputation in the Sports industry and to inflict financial losses against him.

“With utmost pain & consternation, I wish to clarify that the story planted in electronic and print media about me cheating MSD is utterly baseless. This has been done with the sole purpose of defaming me and to destroy my reputation in society, especially my reputation in the sports fraternity to inflict financial losses to me.” – Diwakar said. 

Mihir went on to further claim that their deal which was signed in 2017 never had any heart and soul to it at least from MS Dhoni’s side who at first was very interested but later no work was carried out in that regard.

The Aarka Sports president went on to make shocking allegations about MS Dhoni by stating that the 5-time IPL champion has to pay an undisclosed amount of money instead of Diwakar paying him. As mentioned above, Diwakar claimed that Dhoni has yet not paid the money he collected from academies to him and it has shocked the entire cricketing fraternity in India.

“I would also like to bring to your knowledge that I do not owe MSD any money, rather he has to pay certain amounts to me which has been collected from academies directly by him.” – Diwakar added. 

And the final claim that Mihir Diwakar made was the most shocking of them all. While explaining the real reason behind MS Dhoni and his team taking legal action against him is that they are trying to hide their wrongdoings.

Diwakar Alleges MS Dhoni’s Team Of Conducting Criminal Conspiracies

Diwakar blamed Dhoni’s team for committing serious mismanagements, deceitful activities, and criminal conspiracy against the founder of a company named Neuglobal Upajvardhak India Ltd. When MS Dhoni was asked about the matter, he remained tight-lipped.

“The real reason behind all these false accusations against me is that MSD and his team of directors have committed serious mismanagement, deceitful activities, and criminal conspiracy against the company’s real founder in a public limited company named Neuglobal Upajvardhak India Limited.” – Diwakar concluded. 

While the facts and figures of this case are yet to fully come out it will be interesting to see if this has any impact on MS Dhoni as he gears up to feature in IPL 2024.
