Ahead of India vs Windies One day clash, the veteran Delhi opener Gautam Gambhir came up with an interesting tweet. The stylish southpaw tweeted ahead of the match between India and Windies first ODI at Guwahati without the letter ”I” in his tweet. It surprised one and all, as the tweet without ‘i” looked puzzled.
However, don’t bother about it now, we have got the answer covered for it. As usual, the reason behind it will leave you loving the southpaw even more, as it is something which related to the social cause.
Spilling the beans, the last Sunday, the day when India and Windies locked horns in first ODI was the ‘Global Iodine Deficiency Disorders Prevention Day’. To raise the awareness, Gambhir came up with the innovative thought.
His tweet read ”nd a w ll f ght West nd es n the f rst OD game today. W ll the v s tors spr ng a surpr se? We w ll f nd out soon.” It left the people puzzled but got over 5000 likes to it with 400 retweets.
In another story, Harsha Bhogle also came up with a similar idea. He tweeted writing ”Cr cket s a sport wh ch requ res more than phys cal strength. Your bra n must also be act ve all the t me. od ne s very cruc al for ch ldren dream ng to play for nd a one day.”

However, it has been brilliant from the duo to educate the people over the Iodine deficiency. It seems like the trick worked, as the people went crazy over it on the social media.
On the work front:
Gautam Gambhir had a brilliant Vijay Hazare Trophy 2018 and now, he is looking to deliver in Ranji trophy 2018. On the other hand, Harsha Bhogle is busy with his shows and commentary role.
