HopperHQ.com, an Instagram scheduling tool, analysed data to reveal a list of the highest paid celebrities and influencers on the social media platform. They looked at factors such as average engagement, how often they post and number of followers.
Overall, Kohli is ninth in the list of sports’ Instagram Rich List. Football star Cristiano Ronaldo is at the top position. The Juventus star has a whopping 173m followers and can command a staggering £780,000 per post. He is followed by Neymar, Lionel James, David Beckham and LeBron James in the top five. No other cricketer features in the top 16 of the sports’ Instagram Rich List.
