Indian Cricket Team is on a roll at the moment. The Men in Blue have posted a mammoth total of 513 runs whereas India has 2 days of Cricket left to take the 10 wickets. In the 1st innings, Kuldeep Yadav took a 5-wicket haul and was quite lethal in his line and length.

Bangladesh would be bracing itself as the pitch has started to become a minefield. The Bangladeshi batters would require a monumental effort to stake a claim in the 1st Test Match. All eyes would be on the trio: Litton, Shakib & Rahim as they have to stick to the crease and play impactful innings.

Kuldeep Yadav on Comeback

Kuldeep Yadav was having an interaction with the reporters and was asked about his comeback to the Test Team. “Kahne ke liye toh do saal hain par mujhe kabhi feel hi nahi huwa (It might be nearly two years (22 months) but I never felt it that way. If I wouldn’t have played any cricket post injury, then its a struggle. But for last one year, I have been continuously playing white-ball cricket and also played red-ball series against New Zealand (A series).” said Kuldeep Yadav.

“I bowled long spells in that series. If you are with the team (national), then you don’t feel that pressure. Due to my bowling style, I don’t have switch-over problems. Yes, when you are bowling in Tests, you need more control and you have to really earn your wicket as batters have long time to get set and measure you up.” he added.

Great Chance For India

India would be eyeing to  take 1-0 lead on Day 4 as scoring won’t be easy for Bangladeshi batters. The management would be hoping that Ravichandran Ashwin is amongst the wickets as last time Siraj & Kuldeep were the wreckers in the chief.

It would be interesting to see whether KL Rahul continues with the spin or gives a spell to Siraj & Umesh. All eyes would be on Kuldeep Yadav, as the spinner surprisingly was given only one over before the end of Day 3.
