IPL 2022: Kuldeep Yadav Has Rishabh Pant's And Ricky Ponting's Complete Support: Kuldeep's Childhood Coach Kapil Dev Pandey

Kapil Dev Pandey, the childhood coach of Delhi Capitals left-arm wrist-spinner Kuldeep Yadav, has stated that Rishabh Pant and Ricky Ponting have fully supported Kuldeep in the IPL.

With 17 wickets, the left-arm wrist spinner has made a strong comeback and is presently positioned second in the list of highest wicket-takers in IPL 2022.

Kuldeep, who played for the Kolkata Knight Riders from 2014 to 2021, was released by the team last year and purchased by the Delhi Capitals for Rs. 2 crores (base price).

Kuldeep was a deal for the Delhi team at a basic price of 2 crores. In this season, Kuldeep is on a wicket-taking binge, stunning batters with his different variations and different versions.

His bowling now has a sense of dignity to it. In the nine games he has participated in IPL 2022, he has taken 17 wickets, including two four-wicket hauls. In this season, the 27-year-old has indeed won four man-of-the-match of the match honors.

When Kuldeep joined the new IPL set-up, the stage was prepared for him. On and off the field, what he now needed would be something to keep him motivated. On the pitch, his former India captain MS Dhoni assisted him by instructing him from behind the stumps.
