The middle-order player has anchored the innings for Mumbai and has also played the role of a power hitter. In 8 matches of IPL 2022, Surykumar Yadav scored 303 runs before he was ruled out of the remainder of IPL 2022 due to an injury.
While he might also be one of the best replacements for Rohit Sharma if he decides to relinquish his captaincy, he is another player who can cause quite a stir in the IPL 2023 auction based on his recent performances.
