The Manuka Oval In Canberra is all set to host the third and final T20I between Australia and England on October 14. The visitors have won the series by winning the first two games. The Aussies would look to play for pride in the final game. Both teams play a three-match ODI series before they head off to the T20 World Cup.

The first game saw over 400 runs scored with the bowlers from both teams going for runs and batters have a good outing with the willow. To bring semblance to their bowling attack, the Aussies have recalled Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins for the final two games.

“Really satisfying win. We showed great character. Malan played really well to anchor us to 178. Extra special for him. Curran enjoys the tough overs. He was brave enough to hit the leg stump. David is tough to bowl at. We needed to find a way out to get him out” said Buttler.

For Australia, there are concerns over the form of skipper Aaron Finch and all-rounder Glenn Maxwell. While Finch has been inconsistent, Maxwell has not scored a fifty in his last 22 T20I innings. He has scored in single digits in his last six T20Is. In the second T20I against England, he scored just 8.
