Well, the Second Test at Perth has seen quite a few interesting moments. Right from the ball one to Australia’s celebration after the victory, it has delivered everything to put the crowd at the edge of their seats. In one of those, the banter between Virat Kohli and Tim Paine has been one of the eye-catching aspects, as the duo involved in a banter right throughout the game. Meanwhile, the son of Vijay Mallya, Siddharth Mallya makes a hilarious comment on it.

The sledging by Tim Paine hasn’t impressed Siddharth Mallya, who felt that even his dog can do better than him. He added that Paine has got pretty poor skills, as far as sledging is concerned.

Digging into his tweet, it read ”Tim Paine might have the worst chat in the history of cricket sledging. My dog could have come up with better.”

As it happened:

The home side captain won the toss and asked the visitors to bowl on a fresh and lively wicket. Despite the pitch supporting bowlers, Aaron Finch and Marcus Harris showed great determination in making things happen for their side. The duo went on to add a brilliant 112-run partnership for the opening wicket.

They were fabulous in their bowling approach as well. If not Virat Kohli’s magical century, Australia would have pocketed the game within three days of time. Though Indian bowlers pulled up their socks in the third innings, Usman Khawaja stood tall for the hosts.

When it all boiled down to 287-run target, Mitchell Starc and Hazlewood gave a brilliant start while Nathan Lyon broke India’s backbone by rattling the wickets of Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane and Rishabh Pant. However, it was a great game for Australia, especially, in a must-win clash.

The Third Test of the series is set to be played at the historic Melbourne Cricket Grounds on the eve of Christmas day. The Test is special for obvious reasons for both the sides.
