Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are two players who play for India in all three formats including Tests, ODIs, and T20Is. Hence, it makes too much load on both of them. Indian team plays a lot of cricket in a year and being part of all three formats means too much workload.

Kohli and Sharma have been two powerful batters for the team in the shortest format in the past years, but they have failed to grab the ICC title in the shortest format. Hence, the team needs a new approach. If youngsters are allowed to lead, they might win the T20 World Cup title, something that happened in 2007 with a young team led by MS Dhoni.
