England all-rounder Ben Stokes has confirmed that the documentary on his life and career will continue as heads to the Caribbean for a 3-match Test series against the West Indies.

As per a report in The Guardian, Stokes has been filming for the past 18 months with a TV production company, Whisper, and his sponsors, Red Bull. The film includes footage following the demise of his father, Ged Stokes.

Also included will be Stokes’ legendary performances in the Ashes win at the Headingley as well as the incredible heist in the 2019 ODI World Cup final against New Zealand.

The speculations were confirmed by Stokes himself, who took to Twitter to confirm the news. Several sportsmen like Cristiano Ronaldo and Andy Murray have already released theirs and Stokes is following the trend.

Yes I’ve been filming a documentary….you can watch it and see how s*** has been for me (pretty interesting tbh)… orrrrrrr you don’t have to watch it,so please stop having your opinion before you know what I’ve gone in to in the doc… I’ve had a blast doing it so far,” Stokes tweeted.

The documentary will also have the rough patch that Stokes went through last year where he took an indefinite break from cricket in order to tackle mental health issues.
