Gujarat Titans take on Delhi Capitals in match 32 of IPL 2024 on April 17 from 7.30 pm IST. This is the first game between the two sides. Both teams will play twice this season.
GT have had a topsy-turvy campaign so far with three wins and as many losses. They are placed sixth heading into this game. They are yet to win back-to-back games and for some sort of consistency going.
Shubman Gill scored 72 with the bat and led the run-chase against Rajasthan Royals as GT became the first team to beat Rajasthan Royals at their home ground.
The win should give them confidence moving forward in the tournament. As a side, they are already missing Mohammed Shami due to an injury.
To make matters worse, they will now miss David Miller due to a hamstring niggle for at least two weeks. Miller has missed the last three games for the Titans.

Shubman Gill (C)
Gill will open the batting for GT. He is fresh off a good knock of 72 off 44 balls in a winning cause for his team. He has scored 255 runs at an average of 51.00.
Sai Sudharsan
With no Saha available, Sai Sudharsan has been opening the batting for GT and has been consistent. He scored 35 off 29 balls. Sai and Gill are the top two run-getters for GT so far this season.
Matthew Wade (WK)
Wade will slot in at three. He scored just four off six balls. He has been playing IPL for over a decade now but has played just 14 games with a best of 35. He has averaged just above 13 in his career.
Abhinav Manohar
Manohar who was brought into the squad for the last game scored just one. With a few injury concerns, he will get another go and would like to make an impact.
Vijay Shankar
Shankar will slot in at five. He has played on multiple teams in the IPL. He has been a consistent player in the middle-order for GT. He scored 16 off 10 in the run-chase against Rajasthan but will keep his place in the XI.
Rahul Tewatia
Tewatia will slot in at six. He scored 22 off 11 balls for the Titans in their win against TT. This was his first major performance this season. His X-factor as a finisher makes him a certainty in the XI.
Rashid Khan
Rashid Khan will slot in at seven. He scored 24 off 11 balls in the win against RR. He also went past 50 wickets for the Titans earlier this season. Rashid is a regular in the XI.
Noor Ahmad
His Afghanistan teammate Noor Ahmad will slot in at eight. He took 16 wickets last season and has taken three wickets in four games so far.
Umesh Yadav
Umesh will be one of the two Indian seamers in the XI. GT snapped him up with Mohammed Shami ruled out of the season. So far this season, he has picked up seven wickets in six games.
Mohit Sharma
Mohit will be the second Indian pacer in the XI. He was expensive in the last game going for 51 runs off his four overs. He has picked up 8 wickets from six games this season.
Spencer Johnson
Johnson concludes the likely playing XI for GT. He bowled a spell of 4/37 against RR. He has picked up three wickets from four games.
Impact Sub-Shahrukh Khan
Shahrukh Khan was used as the Impact Sub in the previous match a move that did not work out. He should be used in the same role if the need arises.
