CPL 2021: Watch - Dwayne Bravo Sings 'We Are Chennai Boys, Making All the Noise' With Faf du Plessis

Dwayne Bravo, the West Indies all-rounder is known to be one of the best entertainers on and off the field. Continuing his trend of enjoying the game, he was seen singing ‘We are Chennai Boys, Making All the Noise’ with his Chennai Super Kings teammate Faf du Plessis during the toss in the ongoing CPL 2021 on Saturday.

Saint Lucia Kings, captained by Faf du Plessis clashed with St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, led by Dwayne Bravo clashed in CPL 2021. Dwayne Bravo had won the toss and chose to bowl first, a decision he came to regret.

Faf du Plessis made 120* in 60 balls and Roston Chase made 64* in 31 balls as Saint Lucia Kings made 224/2 in the 20 overs. Du Plessis and Chase added 124* runs for the third wicket as Patriots bowlers were taken to the cleaners. Andre Fletcher had contributed well for the first wicket as well which saw the Kings reaching 71-0 in the powerplay.

In reply, only Evin Lewis could stand up to the Kings’ bowlers as he made 73 in 42 balls with 6 sixes and 5 fours. But three wickets each by Alzarri Joseph and Keemo Paul kept the Patriots to 124 runs and helped the Saint Lucia Kings win the match by a huge margin of 100 runs.

Something exciting happened during the toss which was won by Dwayne Bravo. During the presentation, Bravo had tossed the coin and when he was asked by the host about his decision, before revealing what St Kitts and Nevis Patriots would do, Bravo decided to serenade everyone present at the ground and watching on the TV.

Bravo started singing “We are Chennai boys and making all the noise wherever we go” and Saint Lucia Kings captain Faf du Plessis joined Bravo in singing the song. Both Dwayne Bravo and Faf du Plessis play for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and will be teammates in the yellow when the IPL 2021 resumes in the UAE from September 19 when CSK takes on Mumbai Indians in the opener.
