Abhishek Sharma went after Fazalhaq Farooqi in brutal fashion during the third and final T20I between India and Afghanistan at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Abhishek Sharma smashed 22 runs from the third over, as India put pressure on the Afghanistan attack.
After Sanju Samson started the over with a single, Abhishek took charge and turned the over into a big one for India as Farooqi gave away 23 runs in just 6 balls in the ongoing final T20I. Amid this, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja set to create history against West Indies.

The fireworks started with a fuller delivery by Fazalhaq Farooqi in the third over of Indian innings at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Abhishek Sharma got underneath it and sent the ball straight down the ground for a huge six. Farooqi then went short into the body.
But the Indian opening batter was smart enough to read the bowler’s plan. He moved inside the line and sent the ball over the fine leg for another six. Yet, the left-arm pacer stick had the short delivery, but the next delivery had little pace on it.
Abhishek stood tall and pulled it past deep square leg for four. The following ball was a well-directed bumper and got an extra bounce around off the stump. The left-handed batter went for the pull but only got a top edge.
The ball still flew over a short, fine leg and raced away for another stunning boundary. Abhishek finished the over with two runs through deep extra cover, as he collected 23 runs off Farooqi’s over in the ongoing third and final T20I in Delhi.
