That comment clearly did not go down well with Arshdeep Singh. The left-arm pacer reacted angrily and fired back at the PBKS fan with a sarcastic and personal response that triggered massive reactions across social media platforms.

Shreyas Iyer refuses to blame players despite PBKS’ nightmare run
On the other hand, Shreyas Iyer admitted that Punjab Kings’ fifth straight defeat was very difficult to accept, but he refused to blame any player for the loss against MI. The PBKS captain said the entire team needs to stay together during this tough phase of IPL 2026.
Iyer praised Tilak Varma for his brilliant match-winning fifty for the Mumbai Indians under pressure. He felt Tilak handled the chase smartly and completely changed the game with his aggressive batting in the middle and death overs. The PBKS skipper also lauded Azmatullah Omarzai for his valuable contribution with 37 runs off 17 balls against MI.
