England Lack The Intensity: Glenn McGrath

During a conversation on BBC after AUS vs ENG 4th Test in Manchester, Australia bowling legend Glenn McGrath said England lacks the intensity they need.

“Looking at those stats, England should be up 3-0. And why aren’t they? Because they don’t have the intensity they need”, said McGrath, who played for Australia from 1993 to 2007.

Mcgrath, who has won three ODI World Cups with the Australian team, also said that Bazball is great but if you take things casually; you will suffer the consequences.

“Bazball’s great, but if you’re just joking around and taking it casually, things are going to happen like dropped catches and all these little things that make a good team into a great team. This team has the ability to be a great team if they switch on with more intensity,” the 53-year-old further said.
