Team India has registered arguably their greatest Test series victory when they defeated Australia on Tuesday in Brisbane by 7 wickets. Team India staged an improbable comeback series triumph after losing the first Test in Adelaide. Under the stand-in skipper, Ajinkya Rahane the Indian contingent, which kept losing players after player to injuries, won in Melbourne, draw out at the SCG.

However, their victory at the Gabba, known as Australia’s fortress – the hosts haven’t lost a single Test at the venue since 1988 until they met a battered group of Indians who were on an otherworldy motivation – not draw out the Test and the series and take home the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, but to win it, for the second time, consecutively, in Australia.
