'Become a TikToker': Mohammad Rizwan’s teammate attacks Brad Hogg for trolling Pakistan captain

Pakistan National Cricket Team player Aamer Jamal lashed out at former Australia cricketer Brad Hogg for mocking Mohammad Rizwan for his English. He said that it was a shameful act, adding that he should become a TikToker to gain more followers.
Former Australia cricketer Hogg has been in the headlines for the last few days. This is because he posted a video on social media in which he mocked Pakistan National Cricket Team ODI captain Rizwan for his English skills.
Brad Hogg comes under scanner for mocking Mohammad Rizwan
Since the last few days, a video has been doing rounds on the internet, in which Hogg is there along with one content creator, who was seen impersonating Pakistan skipper Mohammad Rizwan, using white cream like him on his lips and talking like him.
In the video, Brad Hogg was seen asking the content creator: "What do you think about Virat Kohli?" Replying to this, he came up with a hilarious reply, adding that both he and the cricketer eat food and drink water, and there isn't much difference. He said:
"I and Virat are alike. He drinks water, I drink water. He eats food, I eat food. We are both the same; there is no difference." He also used one of Mohammad Rizwan's most popular responses, Ya win hai, learn hai."

To mock Rizwan more, Brad Hogg jokingly praised Mohammad Rizwan's English speaking skills, and the impersonator replied, "Yes, everyone in Pakistan says my English is very good."

After the video went viral, Brad Hogg faced a lot of criticism. He was slammed by several fans and experts and the latest to join the bandwagon is Aamer Jamal. The Pakistan cricketer supported his ODI skipper and didn't go easy on the former Australia star.

Aamer Jamal pointed out that English is Rizwan's third language, and being an international cricketer, it was a shameful act by Brad Hogg. He added that the former Australia player should use TikTok to gain followers and attention. Taking to his Twitter account, he said:
"I just watch a video that is circulating on Twitter and other social media It is a very shameful act from Brad Hogg who called himself an international cricketer making fun of Mohammad Rizwan about his English which is his 3rd language not even 2nd I would rather suggest you become #TikToker because you might need followers and attention by making fun of other people that the platform for you, not cricket community."

Mohammad Rizwan was last seen in action during the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. He captained Pakistan in the event but didn't have a great outing as skipper and batter. The right-hander was dropped from T20Is and will be seen in the action next against New Zealand in ODIs.
