Ben*****d! Mohsin Khan gives a fiery send-off to Tim Seifert after dismissing the KKR batter for a duck in KKR vs LSG clash
PC: X

Mohsin Khan, the LSG pacer, has once again delivered a wicket maiden in this edition of the IPL. This is the third time he has delivered this unique feat, and his celebrations looked fiery against the KKR opener.

The Lucknow Super Giants have undoubtedly been one of the best seam-bowling sides of this edition of the IPL, despite the Punjab Kings scoring those big runs against them. Their bowlers have dominated batting attacks like those of the Delhi Capitals, the Sunrisers Hyderabad, and the Rajasthan Royals as well.

Especially on the black-soil pitches of the Ekana Stadium, the Super Giants' bowlers have benefited largely by the low bounce and slowness of the pitch. This same advantage has helped them on this occasion as well, against the Kolkata Knight Riders.

Mohsin Khan's fiery send-off to Tim Seifert after dismissing him for a duck

Mohsin Khan, the left-arm pacer, looked way too animated after having picked the wicket of the KKR opener Tim Seifert, who has, anyway, not been in the best of form. Seifert, in three games, has not had the similar impact he had for New Zealand in the T20 World Cup.

Handing the ball in the second over after a pressure-building first over from the experienced Mohammed Shami, Khan bowled three tight balls, not leaking runs to the KKR skipper, Ajinkya Rahane. Rishabh Pant also wasted an early review on Mohsin Khan's third ball when he hit Rahane's pads in front of the stumps.

After two dots to Seifert, the Kiwi looked to force one through the offside, and in an attempt to do so, he looped one to short cover, and the catch was safely completed by Mukul Choudhary. Mohsin then gave him a fiery send-off while hurling abuses at him.

Mohsin Khan picks three, including the KKR captain in the powerplay

Mohsin Khan, the left-arm seamer has found himself among wickets despite all LSG bowlers bowling promisingly in their opening spell. Mohsin struck in the first over dismissing Tim Seifert.

He returned with another quiet second over and picked the wicket of Ajinkya Rahane who miscued a shot while looking to play him on the rise. He used the conditions promisingly at the Ekana and his variations have handed him an upper hand.

Lastly, he returned after the powerplay and struck against Rovman Powell, as the West Indian was late on the bouncer that took him by utter surprise. Mohsin picked his third wicket in his third over of the game.

Tim Seifert's third consecutive flop; Will Rachin Ravindra be moved into the playing XI for KKR?

After Finn Allen, who was much anticipated to perform well with the bat, failed miserably, Tim Seifert was brought into the mix. After being brought in, Seifert has two ducks in three games for the Knight Riders.

With Seifert also being a major flop and two losses in their remaining games officially knocking them out of the competition, Rachin Ravindra is most likely to switch in for the Kiwi openers. He might be KKR's last go-to man to sort their woes at the start of the innings.
