Cheteshwar Pujara is set to ring the iconic five-minute bell at Lord’s on Saturday (July 12) before the start of Day 3 in the ongoing third Test between India and England, as per the Times of India. The veteran Indian batter joins a select group of active Indian internationals to receive this honour at the historic cricket ground in London.

Ringing the five-minute bell is a usual practice at the Lord’s Cricket Ground, carried out just before the start of play. The bell, which was installed near the pavilion in 2007, has been rung by numerous cricketing greats over the years, including iconic cricketers like Kapil Dev, Sunil Gavaskar, and Shane Warne.
