After India's tragic loss in the Rising Stars Asia Cup semi-final, Indian youngster Vaibhav Suryavanshi can be spotted abusing his captain, Jitesh Sharma, after not being handed an opportunity to open in the Super overs.
India faced a crashing defeat at the hands of Bangladesh A in the Rising Stars Asia Cup tournament and crashed out of the semi-final of the tournament. This was a huge blow to Indian cricket and the calibre of their next generation superstars.
Many IPL talents were included in the India A team, but the Jitesh Sharma-led side disheartened the Indian fans with their poor show. They could manage just two wins and won only against the UAE and Oman, while losing to both Pakistan Shaheens and Bangladesh A.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi openly thrashes skipper Jitesh Sharma with vile abuses
India has their biggest star in the form of opener Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who, irrespective of his age, has been a real prodigy. Vaibhav Suryavanshi first rose to prominence with the IPL and then went on to play a major role in the India youth, U19 and now the India A team.
A recent video went viral on the internet, which shows Captain Jitesh Sharma attempting a scoop shot on the first ball of the super over. This incident is from the Super Over of the semi-final between India A and Bangladesh A in the Asia Cup Rising Stars.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi can be spotted in the video where he looks frustrated with his captain's short selection after he was cleaned up by Ripon Mondal. Suryavanshi, in a fit of rage, can be seen blurting out 'ch**iya' (meaning asshole) to the skipper.

India lost the match after intense Super-Over drama
The match crept into the super-over after the Bangladesh A skipper went into a complete brain fade as a failed run-out chance led him to an overthrow. Harsh Dubey completed three runs, and the game went into the super over.
Jitesh Sharma and Ramandeep Singh were picked as India's super-over openers. Ripon cleaned Jitesh on the very first ball of the super-over. Ashutosh Sharma came in as the last Indian batter and was also dismissed first ball.
India was bowled out for no runs in the super over with a target of 1. Bangladesh too lost a wicket on the first ball, as Yasir Ali was caught off Suyash Sharma. Jitesh Sharma missed a stumping of the next ball, which was ruled a wide.
The wide ball sealed the winning runs for Bangladesh as they advanced to the finals to be played against the Pakistan Shaheens.
Will Jitesh Sharma still be retained in the Indian squad after the Asia Cup exit?
Jitesh Sharma was part of India's XI as they played against Australia in the T20I series. He replaced Sanju Samson in the Indian middle order with very few batting opportunities. However, his performance with the bat has been convincing in the Asia Cup Rising Stars.
However, Jitesh Sharma was not at his decisive best when he was handed India's captaincy in the Asia Cup Rising Stars tournament. His awful decisions even angered the likes of youngsters like Vaibhav Suryavanshi and led to India's exit from the tournament.
