DC vs SRH: Watch: T Natarajan castles Anrich Nortje with a sensational delivery in IPL 2024

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) pacer T Natarajan was at his best with the ball in the game against Delhi Capitals (DC) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. The 35th game of the tournament between the teams took place at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. 

T Natarajan was one of the biggest factors behind Sunrisers Hyderabad defeating Delhi Capitals by 67 runs. The fast bowler oozed his class with the bat and made sure that he helped his team win by a big margin and got to second spot in the points table. 

T Natarajan was exceptional with the ball in the middle phase as well as the death. He made run-scoring hard for the Delhi Capitals batters as he executed his plans brilliantly and chipped in with wickets at the regular intervals to help his team mark their 5th win of the season. 

Of all the wickets that T Natarajan took in the game against Delhi Capitals, the scalp of Anrich Nortje made many go gaga. The left-arm pacer executed his yorker to perfection and made sure that he got his third wicket in the day. 

T Natarajan bowled a fiery delivery in the block hole. Anrich Nortje got beaten for pace as the ball went on to rattle the stumps. The batter had no answers to the delivery by the pacer and went for a two-ball duck.

T Natarajan, who on the 1st ball of the over removed Axar Patel, then made sure he closed the over on high. The fast bowler produced another yorker and removed Kuldeep Yadav. The pacer trapped the batter in lbw to take his 4th wicket of the game at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.

T Natarajan bowled a triple-maiden wicket and helped his team win the game. He returned with the figures of 4/19 and helped Sunrisers Hyderabad bundle out Delhi Capitals for 199 Runs and win the game by 67 runs. He also registered his best figures in the league.

He’s truly a matchwinner - Bhuvneshwar Kumar on T Natarajan 

Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who returned with the figures of 1/33, talked about his performance with the ball, saying that he is in good rhythm and it's a matter of time before he starts picking wickets. 

He was also in awe of T Natarajan's performance with the ball, saying that the fast bowler works hard and touted him as the matchwinner. Speaking to broadcasters after the game, he explained: 

"When you’re defending those many runs, we accepted that we will go for plenty of runs. We wanted to keep executing our plans. Just a matter of time before I start picking up wickets and things start going right. We know how good he’s (Natarajan) with his yorkers, he’s a silent guy who keeps working hard. He’s truly a matchwinner."

Sunrisers Hyderabad will be next seen in action when they take on Royal Challengers Bengaluru on 25th April at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
