Indian all-rounder Deepak Chahar brutally trolled Pakistan star batters Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan through an Instagram video. Through the video, the Indian all-rounder mocked the Pakistani cricketers' training, which went viral.

Babar Azam had a tough time
Babar Azam, the superstar batter of Pakistan, is often able to find his place on social media platforms. A week ago, he was performing poorly in the Big Bash League (BBL) match for the Sydney Sixers. Despite all the hype, the experienced batter remained mostly cold with his bat in the BBL 2025-26 season, which was his maiden BBL season.
Like Azam, Mohammad Rizwan also performed poorly with the bat for the Melbourne Renegades. In fact, Rizwan’s stats were duller in comparison to Babar Azam’s. A part of cricket fans trolled them brutally because of their embarrassing stints with their respective franchises. Amid all the memes and trolling, a video capturing Azam and Rizwan went viral on social media platforms.
The viral video captured a moment when Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan were warming up during a practice session. There is not enough clarity about the video. From this single footage, it is very difficult to say when the video was shot or for which match they were preparing.

Apart from Deepak Chahar, the Indian men’s national football team also trolled Azam and Rizwan on a different video featuring Team India goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu. There were a few other footballers as well in the video.
Deepak Chahar, with two of his friends, trolled the warm-up exercises of the Pakistani star cricketers. Chahar, in his caption, wrote, “Ab se yahi warm up hoga” (For now, this will be the warm-up). On the video, it was also written, “Starting IPL preparation with legendary warm-up."

Deepak Chahar to play for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2026
Meanwhile, Deepak Chahar is confirmed to play for the Mumbai Indians (MI) in the 2026 IPL season, having been retained by the franchise for INR 9.25 crore, after a moderate stint with the Chennai Super Kings (CSK). After leaving CSK, the swing bowler was picked up by MI to strengthen their fast-bowling department, where he will play alongside Jasprit Bumrah.
Pakistan will start their T20 World Cup 2026 campaign on February 7, on the opening day of the tournament. For the first match, Pakistan will be up against the Netherlands. Babar Azam is in the squad, while Mohammad Rizwan is not selected in the team for the elite tournament.
